This tapa is perfect for summer and preparing it takes just a few minutes.
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 fresh pineapple or 1 can Sliced Pineapple
2oz Sliced Iberico Ham or Sliced Serrano Ham
Preparation:
Clean and slice the pineapple and put it on a plate and lay over the slices of Iberico ham or Serrano Ham.
