Courier Delivery and Picking Time

• A courier fee of R125.00 applies to all retail customers within South Africa.

• Free shipping is available on all orders over R500.

• Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

• Orders can somtimes take longer if the wharehouse staff are experiencing heavy order traffic.

• Please allow an additional 1–2 days for outlying areas.

• Deliveries are handled by Rhenus Express Couriers.

Own Order Collection

Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our warehouse at:

Unit 1 & 2, 20 Sharland Street, Driehoek, Germiston, 1401, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa

Note:

• Payment is required before any goods can be released.

• If you choose to collect your order, please tick the “Own Collect” box during checkout to avoid being charged for delivery.

Returns and Damaged Items

• If a product is defective, we will arrange a replacement.

• For items with visible shipping damage, please contact us immediately and, if possible, provide a photo.

• Report any damaged, incorrect, or missing items within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone.

Out of Stock Items

• If any item you ordered is out of stock, Educational Play will refund the full purchase price of the item out of stock.

• We will either do a Payfast partial refund or request your bank account details to process an immediate refund.
