This is a GREAT (albeit difficult) way to improve accuracy and reflexes when boxing. The very well crafted, durable bag is affixed to both the floor and the ceiling with flexible cables that allow you to strike and then anticipate the return. VERY difficult to get the hang of, but within a few sessions you can see a noticeable difference in your ability to see and strike the rebound. Highly functional for even higher level training.
